This fully washed coffee is sourced exclusively from women producers supplying Mbizi washing station that is operated by Gihanga Coffee Company in the Kamonyi district. Mbizi is stationed at 2,200masl - one of Rwanda's highest altitude wetmills. Gihanga works with over 3,000 small farmers in the region. These producers cultivate bourbon trees and their farms average around 4ha in size. Rwanda, known as “the land of a thousand hills” offers the best harvesting conditions for arabica coffee including rich volcanic soils, sunshine, and tropical rainfall. This coffee is Certified Organic and a Taste to Remember!
