La Navi is an exclusive crop harvested by BonCafe. The name "La Navieña," is a flower found in the coffee-growing regions. BonCafe works with and purchases crops from smallholder farmers who are situated 1400 - 1800 masl and grow specialty varieties. Each farmer's harvests are graded and cupped for quality. Honduras is one of the largest coffee producers in Central America.
